A/C System Inspection Checklist:

• Check Temperature difference (needs to be over 15 degrees)
• Check freon levels
• Check condenser coil & Rinse clean if necessary
• Pressure Seals of caps and valves
• Check Condenser fan motor
• Check amperage of compressor
• Inspect Contactor Points
• Inspect power disconnect box
• Check Capacitors
• Electrical connections & wires
• Check evaporator coils for microbial growth
• Inspect Filter - Change or clean* (provided by customer)
• Flush drain line
• Vacuum emergency drain pan
• Check Emergency float switch
• Inspect Air Duct plenum for maximum efficiency
• Check evaporator fan motors
• Inspect blower motor housing
• Check Thermostat Operation
• Evaluate system to ensure it is up to date with city & county mechanical codes
